Are you passionate about digital strategy and helping businesses thrive online? As a District Digital Performance Specialist, you'll be the go-to consultant for a group of dealers, guiding them to optimize their digital presence and performance. This role blends strategy, coaching, and execution-making you a key player in shaping the future of automotive retail.
What You'll Do:
- Act as the primary digital advisor for assigned dealers, driving adoption and success across sponsored digital programs.
- Partner with District Sales and Aftersales Managers to identify opportunities that boost dealer engagement and performance.
- Coach dealers on customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through cutting-edge digital strategies.
- Conduct digital assessments, review KPIs, and develop actionable plans to improve results.
- Coordinate website customizations, resolve vendor issues, and quarterback technical support requests.
- Lead execution of divisional go-to-market strategies across key digital areas:
- Websites & digital advertising
- Consumer marketing
- Lead management
- Service optimization
- Social media & reputation management
- Digital signage and more
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.
