Talent Sourcer / Recruiting Sourcer


Job Overview

We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to identify, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. This role will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers and use LinkedIn Recruiter, talent research, market mapping, networking, job boards, and other sourcing strategies to find top talent.


Location: Houston, TX (fully onsite)

Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $35.00

Contract to Hire


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, high-volume, and recurring positions.
  • Conduct talent market research and market mapping across targeted industries, companies, and geographic markets.
  • Identify and engage hard-to-find and passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies.
  • Develop relationships with prospective candidates to support both current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and sourcing priorities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate profiles and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support a positive candidate experience and employer brand throughout the sourcing process.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related field.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong research, networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with ADP Recruiting or Workday.
  • Experience with university recruiting, military recruiting, internship programs, or early-career recruiting is a plus.

Full-time employees (working an average of 30 hours or more) are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match (available after 1 year of employment), commuter benefits, employee discount and referral programs, and life and supplemental income insurance. Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

Compensation

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
