Order Picker and Reach Truck Operator
Work Schedule: 
Monday to Friday 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm - 2nd shift 
Monday to Friday 6am - 2:30pm - 1st shift 
Location: Groveport, OH 4312
Py rate: 19.50 & 20.00
Contract: Temp to hire
Position Summary
The Order Picker and Reach Truck Operator is responsible for receiving, storing, counting, issuing, and transacting equipment, materials, products, supplies, tools, and inventory in support of plant operations. This role helps ensure an efficient and continuous flow of materials throughout the supply chain.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Receive, pick, and process materials according to established procedures
  • Package and prepare products for shipping
  • Operate scanners to complete material transactions
  • Maintain a continuous flow of materials throughout the supply chain
  • Perform physical inventory counts when required
  • Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers safely and efficiently
  • Support machine operation, assembly, and other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Education
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience and Required Skills
  • Minimum of 1+ years of related experience
  • Must have experience operating an order picker and reach truck safely and efficiently
  • Basic math skills
  • Must have basic computer skills to navigate UPS WorldShip and the FedEx Management System
  • Basic computer skills to perform system transactions
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
