Based out of Flint, Michigan, Goyette Mechanical also has a presence in Greater Columbus, Ohio and Northern Indiana.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading and executing full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with the company’s growth objectives across multiple locations. Partnering closely with executive leadership and hiring managers, this position will understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and identify qualified candidates across project management, operations, and construction leadership functions. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a strategic recruiting partner by providing market insights, supporting workforce planning initiatives, and delivering a strong candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and employment brand.

This position develops proactive sourcing strategies to identify active and passive talent, build sustainable pipelines, and establish relationships within the construction industry. This role manages recruiting processes, leverages technology and data to improve hiring outcomes, represents the company through industry networking and outreach efforts, and continuously enhances talent acquisition strategies to support business growth.

This role will primarily work in an office-based environment in Genesee County, Michigan, with periodic visits to other office locations and occasional out-of-state travel as needed.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
