  • 5-7+ years of dedicated Program Management or Senior Project Management experience in an integrated creative agency or consulting setting, managing complex programs.
  • Demonstrated maturity, composure, and emotional resilience when navigating high-pressure situations, conflict, or scope challenges, consistently modeling a proactive, solution-oriented mindset for the team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities, with a proven aptitude for reading team dynamics, building trust, and adapting communication style to foster a healthy, inclusive, and productive cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in large-scale resource management, budget forecasting, and advanced risk mitigation.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong aptitude for system design and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP) are desirable.
