The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time Acquisition Program Manager Specialist (NH-1101-03) to work for the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Electronic Warfare Division (ESY) at Robins AFB, GA.

Qualifications/Requirements:
In this position, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Acquisition Program Manager for the Electronic Warfare Division. You will be responsible for developing, establishing, and controlling the contractual, financial, and technical aspects of a project/program through all phases of the acquisition cycle.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
This is an acquisition (APDP) position and requires a Back to Basics (BtB) Practitioner certification in Program Management or the ability to obtain one within the standard grace period.
This position is subject to random drug testing.
Full-time telework or remote telework is not authorized for this position (situational telework may be considered).

SME Program Management: Serve as a program management lead responsible for managing complex, lifecycle acquisition programs.
Lifecycle Acquisition Control: Develop, establish, and control all contractual, financial, and technical elements of assigned projects.
Integrated Team Leadership: Lead, coordinate, and guide the efforts of multidisciplinary military, civilian, and contractor teams to meet mission milestones.
Software Acquisition: Apply a working knowledge of modern software development, integration, testing, and fielding principles to support advanced electronic warfare systems.
