Restaurant Assistant Manager

Compensation: $63K Base Salary

This role offers the opportunity to support and help lead a high-performing team while ensuring outstanding service and quality for our guests. With a competitive $63K base salary, this position is ideal for an experienced and driven professional ready to take the next step in their restaurant management career.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring consistent service, food quality, and operational efficiency across shifts.
  • Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members to build a strong, guest-focused culture.
  • Partner closely with the General Manager to execute operational goals, drive guest satisfaction, and support profitability.
  • Maintain high standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments.
  • Help oversee inventory, labor, and sales performance to support financial targets and smooth daily operations.
