Description: What you'll be doing
Another Source's client, Sabey Corporation, is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team in Tukwila, WA.
As Sabey continues to grow, they're investing in the future of their talent acquisition function by adding a Talent Acquisition Manager who will serve as a strategic partner to leaders across the organization. This is a highly visible role that will shape how hiring decisions are made, elevate the hiring manager experience, and strengthen the partnership between Sabey and its recruiting agency. If you're passionate about building strong relationships, coaching leaders, and creating an exceptional candidate experience, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Who is Sabey Corporation?
Sabey Corporation is a privately held powerhouse in real estate development, construction, and data center operations, renowned for its visionary approach, long-term stability, and culture of innovation. From high-performance data centers to state-of-the-art commercial properties, Sabey builds the infrastructure that fuels technological advancements, life-saving healthcare solutions, and cutting-edge research across North America. Headquartered in Tukwila, WA (20 minutes outside of Seattle); Quincy/Wenatchee WA, Ashburn, VA, Austin, Texas, and New York City, NY, Sabey is more than just a developer-its teams drive industry transformation, tackling complex challenges with forward-thinking solutions. At Sabey, collaboration and ingenuity aren't just encouraged-they are the foundation for excellence.
About This Role
This is not a traditional recruiter position. Rather than focusing primarily on sourcing candidates, you'll own the internal hiring process and serve as the central point of coordination between hiring managers, Human Resources, candidates, and Sabey's retained recruiting partner.
You'll help leaders define what success looks like before a search begins, guide them through structured interviewing and candidate evaluation, and keep the hiring process moving efficiently from kickoff through offer acceptance. Your ability to influence, coach, communicate, and build trusted partnerships will be essential as you help create a consistent, high-quality hiring experience that reflects Sabey's values and supports the organization's continued growth.
Your Contribution Will Likely Include
  • Serve as the primary Human Resources partner for hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Lead recruitment kickoff meetings to align on business needs, position requirements, ideal candidate profiles, interview strategy, and hiring expectations.
  • Partner closely with Sabey's third-party recruiting agency by providing search direction, calibrating candidate profiles, sharing interview feedback, and ensuring effective communication throughout each search.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, hiring manager feedback, and all recruitment logistics.
  • Guide hiring managers through every stage of the hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Coach leaders on structured interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and hiring best practices to improve consistency and hiring outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources leadership and hiring managers on compensation recommendations, total rewards discussions, and offer development.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and established hiring procedures.
  • Generate recruiting metrics, applicant tracking reports, and hiring analytics to support compliance, workforce planning, and leadership reporting.
  • Monitor recruiting performance and recommend process improvements that enhance hiring efficiency and the candidate experience.
  • Support the development and delivery of hiring manager training related to interviewing, recruitment processes, and candidate evaluation.
  • Help onboard new hiring managers to Sabey's recruiting philosophy, interview expectations, and hiring practices.
  • Build strong partnerships across business leaders, Human Resources, and external recruiting partners to support organizational hiring goals.
  • Support workforce planning discussions and broader talent acquisition initiatives as needed.

Experience You Will Bring
  • Five or more years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or talent management.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders in a consultative capacity.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent hiring processes involving diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting compensation discussions, total rewards, or offer development is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, structured interviewing, candidate assessment, and hiring best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence hiring decisions through collaboration, consultation, and trusted partnerships.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering an outstanding hiring manager and candidate experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn and utilize AI tools and technology.
