Job description

Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000/annual compensation Basic Job Function: The Benefits & Talent Manager will be responsible for the overall applicant recruiting experience, from initial application, candidate review, job offer, to colleague onboarding. They will also be responsible for overseeing the companys benefits plans, and safety program, including workers compensation. The manager will be responsible for strategizing with management on open requisitions, interview processes, and offer selection phases.

Responsibilities will include interfacing with third party leave vendors, education about leave programs to managers and colleagues, and ensuring that leave processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner. They will also be responsible for representing the company at external recruitment partnerships, fairs, and events, and serve as a liaison with our community partners.
