The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle for the property, partnering closely with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and build a strong, diverse pipeline of talent aligned with the 1 Hotels Vision and Brand Pillars.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within hospitality, luxury service, or high-volume environments.

  • Experience recruiting both hourly and leadership roles.

  • Experience with an HRIS and recruitment analytics.

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and fair hiring practices.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.

  • Proven ability to build relationships with leaders, candidates, and external partners.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.

  • Flexible schedule to meet the demands of a 24-hour hospitality operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
