Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hard-working General Manager or Assistant General Managers. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service focus, passion, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility for food safety concerns and record keeping. This individual should be willing and able to work nights and weekends, and must be driven to achieve goals, including meeting expectations for food cost, labor costs, speed of service, and sales growth. A key aspect of this role is maintaining a balance between speed of service and order accuracy, demonstrating excellent customer service skills, and fostering relationships with staff members. Responsibilities encompass administration, shift management, production, culture & service, inventory, talent management, scheduling & labor, and maintenance & cleaning. The General Manager leads the entire team, overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and ensuring its overall success. Alongside team leadership, the GM is responsible for talent management, financial results, and product control, while fostering a safe and motivating environment for the team.

Job Highlights:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry.

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the restaurant or a similar industry, including at least 1 year in a General

Manager role.
