Talent & Workforce Manager

We are:

Accenture's Talent Reinvention Partner and we're helping clients reinvent how people and organizations work—delivering leadership, talent, operating models, workforce intelligence, and change solutions to accelerate the workforce agenda in the age of AI.

You are:

A talent and workforce consultant who knows how to lead workforce transformation efforts across talent functions. You have experience designing AI-enabled workforce solutions that help organizations evolve how work gets done, how skills are built, and how people and technology create value together.

You bring deep expertise in workforce strategy, skills-based talent practices, workforce intelligence, and organizational transformation. You are comfortable leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Talent Intelligence platforms to analyze workforce trends, identify skills opportunities, develop strategic recommendations, and design future-ready workforce solutions. With a passion for building future-ready organizations, you bring a blend of strategic thinking, AI and digital fluency, human-centered design, data-driven decision making, and practical execution to every client engagement.

The work:

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies that help clients redesign work, roles, skills, and talent models for an AI-enabled future.

• Design innovative workforce and talent solutions that enable organizations to evolve with AI across hiring, learning, workforce planning, internal mobility, career development, and retention.

• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into workforce, talent, and operating model solutions.

• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives, leveraging workforce intelligence, labor market insights, skills data, and talent analytics to inform business and talent decisions.

• Utilize Generative AI tools and Large Language Models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate workforce analysis, workforce scenario modeling, talent strategy development, skills assessments, organizational design, and executive-level recommendations.

• Design and implement skills-based workforce solutions, including skills architectures, talent marketplaces, career frameworks, workforce planning models, and workforce transformation roadmaps.

• Leverage Talent Intelligence and Skills Technology platforms such as Reejig, TechWolf, Draup, TalentNeuron, Lightcast, Eightfold, Gloat, SkyHive, and related solutions to generate workforce insights and enable skills-driven talent strategies.

• Shape workforce readiness and reskilling strategies that build the capabilities needed to adopt AI and sustain workforce evolution over time.

• Support the creation of dynamic employee experiences, blending people, technology, AI, and culture.

• Drive change initiatives that enable organizations to adopt and sustain workforce and talent innovations.

• Contribute to business development activities, including crafting proposals, developing thought leadership, supporting client relationships, and expanding the practice's capabilities.

• Lead internal initiatives focused on market research, workforce trends, AI innovation, talent intelligence, and capability building.

• Be ready to build those air miles with travel as needed.

Here's what you need:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working across integrated Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.

• Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Energy industry.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Bonus points if:

• Experience leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies to support workforce analysis, talent strategy development, workforce planning, skills intelligence, or organizational transformation initiatives.

• Experience working with workforce intelligence, labor market analytics, talent intelligence, or skills technology platforms such as Reejig, TechWolf, Draup, TalentNeuron, Lightcast, Eightfold, Gloat, SkyHive, or related solutions.

• Experience analyzing workforce and skills data to develop actionable recommendations for workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and skills-based transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated understanding of how AI is reshaping work, jobs, skills, workforce planning, and talent strategies, with the ability to translate those trends into practical business and workforce solutions.

• Experience designing and implementing Skills-Based Organization (SBO) strategies and operating models.

• Experience with workforce analytics, people analytics, labor market intelligence, and skills taxonomies.

• Experience working with key Human Capital Management systems, including Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or related HR technology platforms.
