Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Talent Intelligence & Insights Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) organization. This role is designed for someone at an early stage of their career who excels at converting complex recruiting data into sharp, decision-ready insights that directly influence hiring strategy, workforce planning, and execution velocity. You will sit at the intersection of talent strategy, analytics, and execution, partnering closely with TA and business leaders to improve funnel health, accelerate time-to-hire, enhance candidate experience, and bring rigor and predictability to hiring decisions. This is not a reporting-only role it is an insight-driven, problem-solving position focused on impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and synthesize recruiting data across multiple systems to surface trends, risks, bottlenecks, and actionable insights.
  • Design and deliver intuitive dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate hiring health, recruiter productivity, funnel movement, and SLA performance.
  • Apply advanced analytics to forecast hiring demand, identify capacity gaps, and proactively reduce time-to-fill and hiring volatility.
  • Develop standardized KPIs, scorecards, and executive-ready reports to support operational reviews and strategic workforce planning.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to translate insights into concrete hiring actions and strategy adjustments.
  • Ensure strong data integrity, consistency, and governance across recruiting processes and platforms.
  • Perform predictive and prescriptive analysis to improve hiring efficiency, offer-to-join outcomes, and candidate experience.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Master's degree with 0-1 years of relevant work experience
  • STEM Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Non-STEM Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience

This is a full-time, in-office position requiring on-site presence five days a week.
