Position Overview:

At the heart of this evolution is our Talent Intelligence and Sourcing function. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Talent Sourcing & Intelligence Lead to drive innovation and excellence in our sourcing capabilities.
This role is critical in shaping and scaling our global sourcing strategies across multiple locations while partnering closely with business teams to design agile and scalable recruiting solutions. As a key talent advisor, you will identify, engage, and cultivate top talent globally, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative sourcing methodologies. Your responsibilities will include competitive intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and total market analysis, ensuring alignment with Insulet's strategic goals. Additionally, you will enable the Talent Acquisition (TA) teams by providing market intelligence and research to support business growth and site strategy.
Responsibilities:
Talent Intelligence:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify talent trends, competitive intelligence, and industry benchmarks.
  • Provide actionable insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring practices through advanced data analysis.
  • Create and present impactful data visualizations that clearly communicate complex insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain talent maps and market intelligence reports to support strategic workforce planning.
  • Analyze location-based data to identify optimal geographies for site expansion and provide recommendations as a subject matter expert to influence senior leaders.

Sourcing:
  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels, including professional networks, social media, job boards, and direct outreach, to identify and engage with top talent globally.
  • Build and maintain a diverse and qualified talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Train and support TA team members in using sourcing tools, systems, and passive sourcing techniques to optimize recruiting strategies.
  • Share industry and talent pool insights to enrich the TA team's knowledge base.

Candidate Engagement:
  • Develop personalized outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates and build meaningful relationships.
  • Foster a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance our employer brand globally.

Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.
  • Deliver regular reports on sourcing activities, performance metrics, talent pipeline progress, and market insights.
  • Drive cost savings initiatives by leveraging market intelligence and innovative sourcing approaches.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Talent Intelligence function by refining processes and enhancing operational robustness.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in talent intelligence, sourcing, or recruitment, with global exposure preferred.
  • Expertise in market analysis, data-driven decision-making, and talent strategy development.
  • Advanced proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in creating data visualizations and insights using tools like Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Workday, Microsoft Office Suite, and other reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Additional Information:
