Job description

Are you passionate about getting ahead of hiring demand and shaping how organizations attract talent? As a Talent Acquisition Partner - Talent Intelligence & Pipelines, you will play a strategic role in building proactive talent pipelines and delivering market insights that enable smarter, faster hiring. You will work closely with leaders to help FLSmidth move from reactive recruiting to futureready talent planning.

You will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, partnering with HR and business leaders to build sustainable, proactive talent pipelines for critical roles.

Your responsibilities

  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines for priority and hardtofill roles
  • Conduct market mapping to identify talent pools, competitors, and skills
  • Engage passive talent through sourcing tools, networking, and outreach
  • Partner with HR and leaders to anticipate future workforce needs
  • Deliver talent intelligence on hiring trends, locations, and benchmarks
  • Maintain structured talent pools and candidate relationship practices
  • Support critical and strategic hiring initiatives across the business

What you bring

  • 5+ years' experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent intelligence
  • Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools
  • Proven ability to build and nurture longterm talent pipelines
  • Strong research, market mapping, and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
  • Experience in corporate TA or executive search environments
