Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Washington, District of Columbia.

Job Description & Requirements
  • Specialty: ED - Emergency Department
  • Discipline: RN

  • Duration: 9 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift: 12 hours, days
  • Employment Type: Travel

Role: RN – Emergency Department (ER/ED)
Shift: 12-hour days
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour day shifts/week
Hours: 36 hours/week
Distance Requirement: Candidate must live at least 50 miles away

📋 Required Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of ER/ED RN experience
  • Current RN license
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
  • Travel experience preferred
  • BSN highly desired, but not listed as strictly required
🎓 Required Certifications

All of these are required:

  • NIHSS
  • TNCC
  • BLS
  • PALS
  • ACLS

This is a high-acuity, fast-paced Emergency Department that treats a wide range of patients:

  • Urgent-care patients
