Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors.
Territory Development: Identify high-value targets and build your market expansion strategy.
Clinical Value Selling: Articulate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and administrators.
Relationship Management: Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.
Team Collaboration: Share field intelligence, surface needs, and contribute to a strategy that lifts everyone.
What We're Looking for
• 2-10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled
nursing, or wound care
• Deep SNF fluency - you know how these facilities operate and how decisions get made
• A team-first mindset with the drive to perform independently
• Unwavering integrity - your word is your brand
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Comfort with a road warrior schedule (4-5 days travel per week)
• Bachelor's Degree required
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000
