We combine design, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and eCommerce expertise to serve major retailers, including Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club, TJX, and other strategic customers worldwide.
Role Summary
The Director of Production & Supply Chain Execution is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of Town & Country Living's global production and order fulfillment strategy across Direct Import, POE, and domestic warehouse programs. This executive leadership role owns production planning, factory execution, supplier performance, order management, delivery compliance, ERP data integrity, and production analytics to ensure customer commitments are met while maximizing margin, inventory productivity, and working capital efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Global Production Leadership
• Lead execution of all production activities from purchase order issuance through customer shipment.
• Develop production strategies supporting growth, customer service, and inventory objectives.
• Manage production activities across China, India, Turkey, Egypt, and other sourcing regions.
• Oversee factory allocation decisions based on capacity, lead time, quality, and cost competitiveness.
• Establish scalable production processes supporting retailer and eCommerce growth.
Customer Delivery & Service Performance
• Own production-related OTIF performance for major retail customers.
• Prevent late shipments, retailer fines, and chargebacks through proactive risk management.
• Lead recovery plans when production disruptions occur.
• Align production schedules with customer launches, replenishment cycles, and promotional programs.
• Partner with Planning and Sales to prioritize production resources.
Factory & Supplier Management
• Build strategic relationships with factories, agents, and sourcing partners.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and corrective action programs.
• Monitor KPIs, including on-time production, cargo-ready performance, lead-time adherence, quality, capacity utilization, and fill rates.
• Participate in supplier selection and sourcing optimization initiatives.
Inventory & Working Capital Optimization
• Partner with Planning and Finance to optimize inventory investment.
• Identify risks related to excess inventory, aged inventory, and production delays.
• Support inventory conversion and rework initiatives.
• Improve planning accuracy while maintaining service levels.
ERP Governance & Data Integrity
• Own production-related master data accuracy within NetSuite and supporting systems.
• Ensure accurate order lifecycle management and milestone tracking.
• Partner with IT to improve system integration, reporting accuracy, and workflow automation.
Analytics, Reporting & Business Intelligence
• Own executive production scorecards and KPI reporting.
• Develop real-time dashboards supporting operational decision making.
• Provide executive visibility into delivery risks, capacity constraints, factory performance, inventory exposure, and margin impact.
• Lead implementation of AI-enabled reporting and analytics tools.
Leadership & Talent Development
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing production organization.
• Establish accountability, performance expectations, and succession planning.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive production, sourcing, supply chain, or operations leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading teams in a global sourcing environment.
• Experience managing Direct Import and retailer-driven supply chains
Salary Description
$150,000 - $170,000 Annually
