Position Overview:

As a Talent Assistant you will support the Talent Management team in coordinating influencer campaigns, managing client communications, and ensuring seamless execution of brand partnerships.This position is ideal for individuals who have at least 2-3 years experience working in an agency support role and they are passionate about the influencer marketing industry and eager to contribute to a growing and dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Management and Campaign Management team and their respective rosters
  • Collect and Update influencer analytics on a regularly basis
  • Update sales materials regularly to reflect changes to each influencer's platform growth and engagement
  • Distributing event invites and gifting opportunities to influencers as they come in
  • Source client and agency contacts for proactive pitches
  • Prepare, submit and send email proposals and pitch decks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist and or lead smaller scale negotiations and proactive pitches
  • Prospect new talent
  • Spearhead Influencer sourcing and outreach for Brand Partnership Campaigns lead by Kensington Grey
  • The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience working in an Agency or Influencer Marketing support role.
  • Additional duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of influencer marketing and strategy across existing and emerging social media platforms and 2-3 years experience in a relevant role.
