About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Operations team at Agility Partners. In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing our internal hiring processesβ€”from managing candidate communications and screening applicants to supporting strategic sourcing efforts for future roles. You’ll help ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience while contributing directly to our growth by identifying top talent in alignment with our hiring philosophy: β€œRight Person, Right Seat.”


What You’ll Do:

  • Own the candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer, ensuring a seamless and engaging process
  • Manage communications with candidates, ensuring timely and professional interactions throughout their journey.
  • Source top tier engineering and delivery talent for our technology solutions practice strategically using various platforms, social media, and networking events to attract top talent.
  • Lead the promotion of our entry-level cohort development program at target engagements and universities
  • Support recruitment process for other organizational roles as needed while managing talent pipeline for upcoming Cohorts.
  • Assist in the coordination of any travel or accommodations pertaining to the candidate experience
  • Utilize ATS and CRM platforms to manage candidate pipelines and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Practice Leadership and other functional departments to understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies.
  • Contribute visionary ideas to improve and optimize the talent acquisition process for future growth.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years technical recruiting experience. Preference for technology solutions recruiting and/or consulting roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively under the direction of the People Ops Manager and in a team environment.
  • Previous internship or experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources is a plus.
