HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will serve as one of the first impressions of the community by delivering exceptional customer service and helping prospective residents find the right apartment home. You will handle rental inquiries, schedule appointments, conduct property tours, explain community amenities, and utilize company-approved leasing and closing techniques to maintain strong occupancy goals.

You will support the Community Manager with marketing initiatives, leasing operations, resident relations, and administrative responsibilities to ensure the property operates efficiently and professionally. You will also assist with processing applications, maintaining rental records, preparing move-in documentation, collecting rents and deposits, and coordinating resident service requests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education /Background:

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Driver’s License required with reliable auto insurance
