To thrive as a Talent Acquisition professional, you need a strong background in recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and knowledge of employment laws, typically supported by a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are highly beneficial.
