The successful individual will have the opportunity to grow within the Talent Acquisition function, with a potential career path toward a Talent Acquisition Manager role based on performance, demonstrated competencies, and organizational needs.What Will You Do?Talent Acquisition & SelectionManage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions from job posting through selection and offer.Partner with Selection Managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and the ideal candidate profile.Develop engaging job postings that accurately represent the position and to progress toward a Talent Acquisition Manager role as the organization and function continue to evolve.What Are We Looking For?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred.Approximately 2–4 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, hospitality recruiting, or related experience preferred.Experience managing multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.Experience with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms preferred.Strong interviewing, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.Ability to build credibility and effective partnerships with managers at all levels.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.Creative and proactive approach to sourcing and attracting talent.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.Hospitality, club, restaurant, hotel,
