Job description

Interactive College of Technology is seeking a full-time Admissions Representative for our Vocational English as a Second Language (VESL) program at our Pasadena Campus.

As an Admissions Representative, you will guide prospective students through the enrollment process—from their first inquiry to their first day of class. This is a consultative sales role that combines relationship building, community outreach, and admissions counseling to help individuals achieve their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective students by phone, text, email, and in person.
  • Conduct admissions interviews and campus tours.
  • Build rapport with prospective students and identify their educational goals.
  • Recommend educational solutions that meet each student's needs.
  • Follow up consistently with inquiries to convert leads into enrollments.
  • Develop referral sources through community organizations, local businesses, churches, and networking events.
  • Represent ICT at community events, job fairs, and outreach activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity within the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals.

What You'll Do

This is a highly rewarding position for someone who enjoys helping others while achieving measurable results.

You'll spend your day speaking with prospective students, following up on leads, conducting admissions interviews, and building relationships throughout the community. Success requires confidence, persistence, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire people to take the next step toward changing their lives.

Every enrollment represents someone beginning a new chapter—and you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students and their families every day.

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (Required).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of successful sales experience required.
  • Experience in admissions, recruiting, higher education, staffing, or consultative sales preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a goal-driven environment.
  • Reliable transportation with the ability to participate in community outreach events as needed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Why Join ICT?

At ICT, you'll do more than enroll students—you'll help transform lives. Every conversation is an opportunity to empower someone with the English language skills they need to pursue a better career, support their family, and become more confident in their new community.

If you're a bilingual sales professional who is passionate about helping others succeed, we encourage you to apply today and become part of a mission that truly makes a difference.
