First Shift (5:30 AM- 4PM) Monday- Thursday and mandatory OT when applicable
Summary: A Press Brake Forming Operator is responsible for preparing the workstation, set ups, and adjusting programs to ensure product is being formed to the specification callouts on customer prints in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.
  • Set-up hydraulic CNC press brakes.
  • Form parts to print and document progress.
  • Maintain efficiency in high volume environment.
  • Maintain minimum scrap levels (zero scrap preferred).
  • Identify material defects throughout the runs.
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs repetitively for 10/hr shifts.

Qualifications:
  • At least two years of previous manufacturing experience is required
  • Print reading experience is beneficial
  • Basic math (Adding/Subtracting decimals)
  • Good communication skills is a must
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows
  • Proficient in English
