After conversion need to be by one of Toyota offices: Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AdTech Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AdTech and marketing technology solutions. This role requires deep expertise in programmatic advertising, tag management, consumer privacy technologies, and cross-platform identity solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge technical execution with strategic vision, driving scalable, privacy-compliant advertising solutions across digital platforms. Contract-to-Hire: upto 12 months MUST be able to Convert after 12 months (MAKE SURE THEY CAN and ARE OPEN TO CONVERTING) Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Programmatic Advertising and AdTech operations.
  • Proven experience with enterprise tag management systems.
  • 4+ years working with Google Marketing Platforms (DV360, CM360, GA360, etc.).
  • 4+ years working with privacy and consent management tools (OneTrust, Ensighten).
  • 4+ years of experience in web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Deep knowledge of identity resolution technologies and cross-device tracking.
  • Familiarity with data clean rooms and privacy-centric data processing.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and Agile project delivery experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
  • Technical fluency in web technologies, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
  • Proficiency in SQL and BI/reporting tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution (MTA), marketing mix modeling (MMM), and media performance frameworks.
  • Experience implementing server-side tracking and managing offline-to-online data workflows.
Day to Day Task Could Consist Of:
  • Be the technical brains behind the online advertising - not creating the ads, but making sure:
  • Ads show up in the right place at the right time to the right people (on Google, YouTube, display banners, etc.)
  • The technology behind those ads (like tracking tags and pixels) is set up correctly and doesn't break the website
  • The marketing team can see what's working and what's not by collecting clean, accurate data
  • That data collection follows privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA (they use tools like OneTrust or Ensighten to handle consent)
  • They help stitch together anonymous customer data across devices (like connecting when someone clicks an ad on their phone and then visits the website on their laptop)
  • They work with tools that let advertisers analyze data without ever seeing your name or personal info (called clean rooms)
  • They know how to write light code (like JavaScript) to set up tracking, plug different tools together, and troubleshoot technical marketing problems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement scalable AdTech solutions across display, video, programmatic, and paid search.
  • Lead technical integration and governance of enterprise-class tag management systems (e.g., Tealium, Adobe Launch, GTM).
  • Manage and optimize Google Marketing Platforms (DV360, CM360, GA360, etc.).
  • Implement and maintain Consumer Privacy frameworks and compliance technologies (OneTrust, Ensighten Enforce).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support web development and data collection pipelines using JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
  • Drive solutions for identity resolution, including anonymous ID stitching and cross-device tracking methodologies.
  • Lead technical conversations around data clean rooms (e.g., Google ADH, AWS Clean Rooms, Habu, InfoSum) and ensure compliance with privacy-safe analytics.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and data teams to define and deliver end-to-end advertising measurement strategies.
  • Champion Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and stakeholder communication.
