Job Title: Martial Arts & Fitness Floor Lead

Job Description

  • Lead basic Taekwondo classes for children, demonstrating discipline and continuous self-improvement.

  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and guardians to foster a supportive learning environment.

  • Memorize and effectively deliver course materials and structured class language.

  • Assist with school operations, including data entry and tracking student progress.

  • Help with enrollment, sales, and contract setup for new and existing students.

  • Maintain a clean and organized training space, including opening and closing duties.

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn and grow in martial arts.

  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

  • Strong communication skills to engage students and parents effectively.

  • Ability to cultivate positive relationships with students and families.

  • Adaptability to a dynamic and flexible work environment.

  • Ability to memorize scripts and follow structured class procedures.

  • Open availability for a full-time schedule (24-30 hours per week), including occasional weekends.

  • Comfortable handling high-pressure situations and answering phones professionally.
