Door-to-Door Fiber Sales Representative — Olympus Sales (Orlando / Central FL)

Olympus Sales is hiring door-to-door fiber internet sales reps across Central Florida — Orlando, Kissimmee, Lakeland, Sanford, and the surrounding metro. We sell AT&T and Wire3 fiber to homes that want faster, better internet. If you're competitive, self-driven, and want your income tied to your effort instead of a salary cap, read on.

What you'll do

- Knock doors in assigned Central Florida neighborhoods and talk to homeowners about fiber internet

- Sign up new customers using a tablet (we train you on everything)

- Hit a daily standard and own your numbers

Door-to-Door Fiber Sales Rep — Olympus Sales Co.
Olympus is a door-knocking residential fiber sales team selling AT&T Fiber and Wire3 in the Orlando metro. We pay $250 per closed deal — flat, no caps, paid weekly.
The role:
Knock residential doors in your assigned territory. Pitch and close AT&T 1G, AT&T 500, and Wire3 1G fiber plans. Submit clean orders; install scheduling is handled by support. Hit a daily door minimum, track your numbers, show up for the morning standup and weekly debrief.
Comp:
$250 per closed deal (1099)
Paid weekly, no caps
No salary, no draw — pure commission
Month 1 realistic: $3K–$5K. Top performers: $10K+
What we look for:
Mentally tough, self-driven, allergic to average
Comfortable being told "no" 80 times before lunch
1099-ready (you handle your own taxes)
Reliable transportation + smartphone
18+, able to pass a background check
No experience required. We train rookies who show up on time and stay coachable. Sales background is a plus, not a requirement.
Schedule: Mon–Sat, 10–12 hour field days. Sundays off.
