  • Translate business needs into optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Work with large datasets across multiple sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms) to enable accurate and efficient reporting.
  • Implement best practices in dashboard design, focusing on usability, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Participate in report certification and governance processes to ensure accuracy and data consistency across BI solutions.
  • Support data validation, testing, and troubleshooting of BI reports and SQL queries.
  • Contribute to automation and optimization of recurring reports and analytics processes.

*Job Description
This lead position to work closely with the client directors, managers and other client resources on developing, enhancing and maintaining Tableau dashboards with offshore team. This position is responsible to get the requirements, clarified and delivery.
  • Strong expertise in Tableau (Desktop & Server/Cloud), with proven experience in building dashboards and complex visualizations.
  • Advanced SQL programming skills for data analysis, query optimization, and ETL tasks.
  • Solid understanding of data modelling, relational databases, and performance tuning.
  • Experience integrating Tableau with data warehouses/lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Teradata, BigQuery).
  • Knowledge of BI lifecycle and governance, including report certification and metadata usage.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and scripting (Python/Alteryx/SSIS) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in Agile/DevOps environments, collaborating with data engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
