Job description

Reporting Analyst - Data & Reporting ( SQL +Tableau hands on Must)
Cupertino, CA
Gross $135K including Variable
Full Time & Contracting - Open Both ( priority will be FT)
1) Data Onboarding/Sourcing related immediate responsibilities
Own onboarding of geo offers data sources into the Offers CDF, This work requires close coordination and meetings with:
Geo Offers teams
AiDP / GBI technical teams
Data Induction engineering teams
Map incoming newly scraped data to existing schema and propose schema changes where needed.
Map data elements and fill out data induction forms and for the data induction teams
Manage onboarding timelines and prioritize work relative to other data induction initiatives (e.g., PromoTracker historical data, image scraping, RV scraping).
Drive harmonization discussions to align geo data to WW standards, and analyze web scraped data to make sense of it and determine appropriate harmonization approach.
2) Vendor Management
Lead bi weekly syncs with PromptCloud and Stickee
Track vendor deliverables and chase timelines with vendors (e.g., system-to-system DQ integration, restatement files etc.).
Discuss and give requirements for new schema changes (new fields, scraping requirements, image scraping, etc.).
Surface and resolve data quality issues with the source data (missing scrapes, schema mismatches, harmonization gaps).
Support contract renewals, scope changes, and OPEX increase approvals with Finance and submit invoices and coordinate finance approvals.
3) Business Requirements & Roadmap Prioritization
Partner with geo Offers teams and WW stakeholders to gather platform requirements.
Translate business needs into prioritized items/ detailed requirements for:
AiDP/GBI
BPR
Data Induction teams
Define and maintain Offers platform roadmap (features, data expansion, UX improvements).
Prioritize user requested enhancements and feature development.
4) Reporting Assets & Tableau Maintenance
Maintain and update existing WW Tableau dashboards powered by Offers CDF.
Validate data accuracy and resolve reporting discrepancies.
Provide UI/UX requirements feedback for Offers platform redesign and playback sessions.
5) Testing, UAT, and Release Sign-Off
Serve as primary tester and sign-off owner for:
New geo data sources
Platform features
Data enhancements and schema updates
Conduct UAT, validate data quality, and approve releases.
6) Geo Stakeholder Communication & Adoption
Post Offer Management UAT: host monthly global Offers platform update calls:
Share roadmap and deployment updates
Gather feedback and enhancement requests and deliver updates on enhancements implemented in tool
Monitor platform usage and adoption
Train and onboard new geo users to the Offers platform, develop training material. Support user adoption issues.
Drive platform vision and best practices adoption across geos.
7) Data Governance & Documentation
Maintain business glossaries for Offers platform KPIs, source fields, and enriched attributes (Data Hub / Offers Chorus). (This will be in partnership with the QA Analyst)
Facilitate data harmonization discussions across geos.
Document processes, mappings, and platform capabilities.
8) Coverage & DQ Analysis and Insights
Extract Offers CDF data via snowflake to analyze and identify coverage gaps and investigate root causes and define and drive fix with appropriate teams (i.e. AiDP, source vendors, data induction team etc. for A & competitor data)
Work with vendors and internal teams to expand data coverage and prioritize onboarding. (This will be in partnership with the QA Analyst)
Drive and support development of data quality framework. (This will be in partnership with the QA Analyst)
Provide insights to leadership and geos to support business decision (ie competitor street price updates)
9) Executive Communication
Communicate project updates, risks, and funding needs via:
Keynote decks
Written documentation
Geo & ww stakeholder updates
Key Skills Needed
SQL proficiency and data validation skills
Tableau/dashboard experience (i.e. setting up security groups, data sources, design, build, maintain board views)
Experience working cross functionally with regional offers/sales, data pipelines, schemas, and ingestion teams
Vendor, stakeholder, and project management
Communication, documentation, project management, and presentation skills
Familiarity with data governance, harmonization, and KPI definitions
