Position Title: Data Analyst (Information Technology)
Department: Engineering
Location: Santa Ana, CA
FLSA Status: Exempt, Full-Time
Job Summary:
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support IT operations and business decision-making. This role works closely with IT and cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve system performance, and provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from IT systems and business applications
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Monitor system performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Support IT projects by providing data insights and analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security standards are maintained
• Document processes, data definitions, and reporting methods
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within an IT environment
