About the Role
The Data Analyst I/II supports program performance by ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role works closely with program leadership to monitor outcomes, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support operational improvement. The position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements at the program, county, and state levels.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze program data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Generate and distribute reports to program leadership and external stakeholders
- Monitor trends and identify insights to support program performance and outcomes
- Collaborate with program staff to improve data quality and reporting processes
- Participate in meetings related to data, outcomes, and reporting requirements
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and data security standards
- Create reports, charts, and dashboards for leadership review
- Support data collection processes and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations based on analysis
- Support cross-functional teams with data-related needs and reporting
- Perform additional duties as assigned
