Position Summary
Designs and develops the Tableau-based reporting and analytics layer of the government program, building dashboards from multi-source data (including the Oracle SE analytics database fed by AWS Glue/DMS from the case-processing system). Provides data modeling and reporting expertise to help program analysts derive insight from program case data.
Roles and Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards from multi-source program data.
โ€ข Build data models supporting reporting against the Oracle SE analytics database.
โ€ข Write and optimize SQL / PL/SQL to feed reporting datasets.
โ€ข Partner with analysts and SMEs to translate reporting requirements into dashboards.
โ€ข Support workflow modernization through improved analytics and visualization.
Required Skills and Experience
โ€ข Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 15+ years of IT experience.
โ€ข Tableau subject-matter expertise, including training others.
โ€ข Building dashboards from multi-source data.
โ€ข SQL / PL/SQL.
โ€ข Data modeling.
Preferred (Optional) Skills and Experience:
โ€ข Prior federal reporting experience (e.g., FAA, IRS).
โ€ข Workflow modernization experience.
โ€ข Familiarity with AWS Glue / DMS analytics pipelines
