Roles and Responsibilities:✅ Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex datasets using advanced analytical techniques.✅ Design, build, and deliver reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.✅ Analyze customer data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement.✅ Develop and maintain a repository of standardized and customized reporting templates.✅ Communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams.✅ Partner with internal technical teams to enhance reporting capabilities.✅ Design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms and models.✅ Implement forecasting techniques to predict construction project timelines.
Job Requirements: 4+ years of experience in a data analytics role. Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI). Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or forecasting methods. 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally across departments. Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas). Proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience developing solutions with Data Lakes and Cloud platforms.
