Job description

When Acting as a Table Games Supervisor
  • Monitor the exchange of currency for gaming chips.
  • Oversee the payment and collection of bets in accordance with company and regulatory rules.
  • Ensure accuracy and proper completion of all signatory paperwork and transactions.
  • Protect and maintain the integrity of assigned games, assets, and table operations.
  • Support dealers in maintaining game security, asset protection, and adherence to rules and regulations.
  • Stay current with industry practices and communicate any beneficial opportunities to management.
  • Acknowledge, greet, and engage with customers at or approaching assigned games.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company events and promotions and assist customers accordingly.
  • Advise supervisors of disputes, operational issues, and any suspicious activity.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and obtain all required approvals and acknowledgments per established policies.
  • Issue complimentaries in accordance with internal controls.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
When Acting as a Table Games Dealer
  • Provide professional, courteous, and attentive service to all guests.
  • Acknowledge and warmly greet customers who play at or approach assigned games.
  • Conduct table transactions and provide required signatory validations in compliance with company and regulatory rules.
  • Ensure accuracy and proper completion of all signatory paperwork and transactions.
  • Protect the integrity of assigned games and safeguard currency, chips, playing cards, dice, and other gaming assets.
  • Comply with all gaming regulations, internal controls, policies, and business processes.
  • Foster clear, open, and professional communication with all related departments and supervisors.
  • Interact positively with coworkers to promote teamwork, good rapport, and effective cross-department communication.
