The Banquet Houseman/Server play a vital role on the Banquets Team by ensuring meetings and events are correctly set-up to guarantee a memorable experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate thrives in a hospitality environment and highly focused on providing superior service to our members and guests.


Responsibilities

  • Tear-down and set-up meeting and event rooms daily. This may include stripping furniture and resetting the room per the specifications outlined by the BEO (Banquet Event Order)
  • Move and store equipment and banquet supplies such as tables, chairs, risers, dance floor, and linen
  • Clean the meeting and event rooms. This includes, but is not limited to straightening chairs, clearing the used dishes and glassware from the tables, straightening the chairs, changing soiled table linen, and emptying trash
  • Participate as a team member with Banquet Servers, Banquet Bartenders, Banquet Captains, in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of customer service!
  • Must be able to lift up to 50Lbs
