A Brief Overview

Every interaction a Merz Aesthetics employee has with the company shapes their experience and engagement. The Employee Experience Associate Manager will assist in the design, delivery, and measurement of an exceptional employee experience through all stages of the employee lifecycle to drive culture transformation that builds engagement and a sense of belonging.

What You Will Do

  • Employee Experience
    • Responsible for implementing, executing, and supporting key strategies to enhance the employee experience to include defining the employee experience journey and the moments that matter from entry to exit.
    • Establish and ensure successful, productive, collaborative partnerships with managers to bring the employee experience awareness into their processes, communications, and strategies
    • Collaborate with Core HR to develop solutions to meet employee needs that are impactful
  • HR Operations
    • Ensure that HR services meet the needs of the employee through every touch point in the Employee Experience Journey
    • Successfully support employees through the Pre-employment, New Hire, Separation/Termination & Referral Processes
    • Enter, route, and track NA CORE contracts and vendor agreements in contract management tool. Obtain new vendor IDs, ensure that vendors are entered in SAP and Ariba, complete purchase order requests in Ariba
    • Responsible for driving a seamless HR experience for employees leveraging on-demand capabilities of the self-service resources to help employees navigate and find solutions quickly and easily
    • Partner with Core HR in L&D, Communications, Global CORE and Facilities to ensure employees are well-informed about the policies and processes
    • Partner with Sales Enablement for New Hire Trainings regarding hotel logistics, food, and beverage arrangements, and Merz branded merchandise
    • Coordinate the planning, organization, and execution of various gatherings, meetings, and events for individuals, organizations, or departments
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Assist the TA Manager with full cycle recruiting and hiring process
    • Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in business satisfaction
    • Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring
  • Employee Relations
    • Assist the Vice President of CORE Services with conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations
    • Maintain ER case documentation and tracking.
    • Responsible for supporting LOPC and Corrective Action documentation

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience

  • SHRM – CP or PHR
