National/Regional Account Executive
About the Role
You will be responsible for growing national and regional agency relationships and driving revenue for the KOAM family of networks. As a National-Regional Account Executive you'll work closely with regional agencies and our national sales firm to develop and execute integrated advertising campaigns across television and digital platforms (including OTT/CTV, programmatic display, and social). You'll keep programming, pricing and ratings up to date, research media and audience trends, and provide data-driven recommendations that help clients meet their goals. This role requires strong organization, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of TV ratings and digital media metrics. You'll get a supportive work environment with co-workers and managers who value your work, your time and your perspective. You'll get the training and support you need to do your job well. Joplin, MO - Pittsburg, KS (in-office and regional travel as needed).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with national and regional agency buyers to drive advertising buys for KOAM networks
  • Partner with our national sales firm to coordinate campaigns and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Prepare, update and refresh station programming, pricing guides and ratings information
  • Analyze ratings, shares, impressions and campaign performance to make strategic recommendations
  • Develop and present campaign proposals and media plans that combine TV and digital solutions (OTT/CTV, programmatic, social)
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity and audience behavior to inform sales strategies
  • Manage multiple accounts and projects with a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, internal teams and partners to ensure campaign success

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience buying and/or selling media
  • Strong understanding of ratings, shares, impressions and other audience metrics
  • Knowledge of television programming and digital media ecosystem (OTT/CTV, programmatic, social)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present confidently to agencies and clients
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client and agency relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with media planning tools
  • Comfortable with regional travel as required
  • Experience with integrated TV + digital campaigns
