The Role
We're looking for an energetic Recruiter to support our growing recruitment team at T5's Atlanta HQ. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on with construction and data center talent acquisition, helping us find, schedule, and engage the best in the industry as we expand across the U.S. and beyond.
 
You'll be a key part of keeping our hiring process smooth, efficient, and candidate-focused in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
Lead fullcycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of roles, from job posting to coordinating interviews
Execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract highcaliber talent
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers and human resources to ensure candidates progress seamlessly through each stage
Manage interview processes and optimize workflows to improve speed and quality of hire
Maintain a sharp eye for detail and consistently deliver reliable followthrough across multiple concurrent priorities
Confidently navigate ATS platforms to drive data accuracy and recruiting efficiency
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future organizational needs
Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights to refine hiring strategies and improve outcomes
Champion an exceptional candidate experience and uphold employer brand standards
 
What You Bring
3 plus years of full cycle recruiting experience (high volume environments, specifically construction, is preferred)
Proven ability to execute sourcing strategies
Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience advising and influencing hiring managers and senior leaders
Exceptional organizational and scheduling skills; thrives in a fastpaced, everchanging environment
Meticulous attention to detail and reliable followthrough
Skilled in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating ATS platforms
