Job Descriptionย 
The Preconstruction Sales Specialist supports the growth of T5โ€™s dataย centerย construction platform byย assistingย with client engagement, pursuit coordination, and early-stage preconstruction activities. This role works closely with sales leadership, estimating teams, and operations to helpย identifyย new opportunities, coordinate responses to client requests, and support project development for mission critical construction projects.ย 

The position playsย an important roleย in managing pursuitย logistics, organizing RFP responses, and coordinating internal stakeholders to ensure proposals are delivered accurately and on schedule. The Preconstruction Client Sales Specialist alsoย assistswith conceptual budgeting, market research, and industry relationship development to support successful project pursuits.ย 

This role is ideal for a professional with construction or dataย centerย experience who is interested in developing deeperย expertiseย in preconstruction, business development support, and the pursuit process within the mission critical construction sector.ย
