What is a T1 Associate?

A T1 Associate typically refers to an entry-level or Tier 1 associate position within a company, often in customer service, operations, or fulfillment roles. T1 Associates are responsible for handling basic tasks such as answering customer inquiries, processing orders, or assisting with day-to-day operations. These roles serve as the first line of support and are essential for ensuring smooth business operations.
