Integration and Test Engineer
Gromelski and Associates, Inc. (GAI) partners with prime contractors to provide professional services. Key service areas include Engineering Design and Documentation; Software Development and Testing; System Integration, Testing and Evaluation; Lab Management and Field Installation; Integrated Logistics Support, Training Development and Delivery, Multimedia Support, and Technical System Support.
Integration and Test Engineer Job Description:
Performs test and integration tasks and activities as assigned in one or more of the following areas: test planning and development, system testing, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, supportability and effectiveness analyses, configuration management, data management and quality assurance.
Integration and Test Engineer Required Tasks:
  • Performs system-level testing, evaluation, and related tasks and activities.
  • Documents system test results, failure reports, and documentation deficiencies.
  • Isolates root cause of problems with system I&T.
  • Performs maintenance of system test document (updates and corrects procedures).
  • Ability to follow directions of system I&T engineering leads.
  • Follow and execute procedures - installation, recovery, checkout, test, etc.

Integration and Test Engineer Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of professional military experience and High School (or equivalency), or college degree or a combination of education and experience.
  • Must have or be able to obtain and keep a DoD SECRET security clearance which means you must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Proficient with LINUX
  • Willingness to work overtime and off shift when dictated to support business needs.

Integration and Test Engineer Highly Desirable Skills:
  • Ability to perform as a self-starter and work with minimal supervision and oversight when required.
  • Ability to use technical information, tables, and drawings.
  • Ability to perform system configuration or troubleshooting procedures.
  • Familiarity with Navy/Submarine operations is desirable.
