Job SummarySEACORP's Production Operations Business Area is currently seeking a Systems Engineer. The Systems Engineer is responsible forupdating and maintaining computer systems and networks with software andsecurity patches and evaluating application impact. The target systemsinclude Linux Red Hat/CentOS and Windows systems hosted within Kernel-basedVirtual Machine (KVM) environment.   

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain the network architecture including Cisco Virtual Lans. 
  • Automate the process to patch client machines after evaluating and testing the impact of security patches.
  • Identify hardware and software faults and develop corrections.
  • Provide work-arounds to problems encountered such that the training exercise may continue and will perform preventative maintenance to reduce the number of faults encountered.
