Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Role Overview:
  • The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for enabling reliable scalable and efficient delivery of infrastructure and applications through automation first DevOps practices.
  • This role requires strong systems thinking operational discipline and close collaboration with development and security teams to ensure stability performance and continuous improvement across the value stream
Role Expectations:
  • Adopt an automation first mindset replacing manual and repetitive operational tasks with pipelines and infrastructure as code
  • Apply systems thinking to balance application needs infrastructure reliability security requirements and cost constraints
  • Drive operational excellence through metrics driven monitoring runbook-oriented operations and reliability best practices
  • Act as a collaborative and empathetic partner to development and security teams to enable smooth delivery and support
  • Demonstrate strong ownership driving incidents to closure and implementing measures to prevent recurrence
  • Participate in on call rotations supporting blameless incident response
  • Lead or contribute to post incident reviews identifying root causes and driving continuous improvements

  • Design build and maintain CICD pipelines and automated operational workflows
  • Support infrastructure and application reliability through proactive monitoring and ing
