Job SummarySEACORP is currently seeking Program Managers. Program Managers are concerned with the overall project planning, direction and successof major projects, systems development efforts, and research or technologyinitiatives which have great significance to the activities and agency's needs.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for the overall project definition, organization, and direction of short- and long-range plans.
  • Responsible for formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach.
  • Defining and negotiation with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources.
  • Establishment and control of technical milestones and costs.
  • Oversees projects to ensure that activities are executed in accordance with established specifications, schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinates interdepartmental functions to minimize delays.
  • Meets with project team members on regular basis to review program status and plan future actions.
