Job Description

Technical Skill :-

  • At least 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in IBM BPM (Lombardi),
  • Enterprise JAVA development background with a strong understanding of IBM WebSphere (Application Server, Message Broker/Queue, Portal, ESB, and Process Server) Technology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience to Financial/Banking domain
  • High Analytical skills
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High customer orientation
  • A high degree of initiative and flexibility
