Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, nonprofit operations, or related roles.
  • Specific experience having developed and executed strategies to enter new markets and increase marked visibility and presence.
  • Strong analytical abilities with comfort working with financial models, business cases and market analysis.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, communication, and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead presentations and represent GLSS professionally.
  • Relationship‑builder with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Knowledge of human services, elder services, social services, or healthcare strongly preferred.
  • Project management experience a plus.

Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday). Hybrid, with In-office and out in the community

Page Range: $100,000-$125,500 per year
