As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will serve as a key technical resource responsible for evaluating, developing, implementing, and maintaining information systems that support business and customer requirements. What You'll Do 

  • Analyze complex business, operational, and technical requirements to develop effective information system solutions 
  • Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and system design activities 
  • Evaluate existing systems, workflows, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement 
  • Develop functional requirements, system specifications, process flows, and technical documentation 
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and impact assessments for proposed initiatives 
  • Design and recommend system solutions that support business objectives and operational requirements 
  • Coordinate with users, developers, system administrators, and technical teams throughout the system development lifecycle 
  • Analyze and resolve complex system issues and recommend corrective actions 
  • Support system integration, testing, implementation, deployment, and maintenance activities 
  • Evaluate the impact of proposed system changes on related processes, applications, and data structures 
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and help resolve requirements conflicts

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field 
  • Seven (7) years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, information systems, software development support, or a related technical field 
  • Advanced knowledge of systems analysis, systems design, and business process improvement methodologies 
  • Knowledge of information systems, software development lifecycles, and data management principles 
  • Knowledge of requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and process modeling techniques 
  • Ability to analyze complex business and technical challenges and develop practical solutions 
  • Ability to evaluate alternative approaches and recommend process and system improvements 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and projects 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance if required

  • Master's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline
