About the Role

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to support continued growth across the North Florida market. This field-based role is responsible for driving demand and market adoption of REHAU's plumbing and hydronic solutions by developing strong relationships with engineers, contractors, distributors, builders, and other key industry stakeholders.

Success in this role comes from influencing specifications, identifying new project opportunities, expanding market share, and positioning REHAU as the preferred partner for innovative plumbing and hydronic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive demand and sales growth for REHAU's plumbing, radiant, residential fire protection, snow and ice melt, pre-insulated, and geoexchange product lines.
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies aligned with regional and company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, contractors, distributors, builders, and other industry influencers.
  • Identify, track, and convert commercial and residential project opportunities.
  • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and educational programs for customers and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturer Representatives, Marketing, Product Management, and Sales leadership to expand market presence.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to manage opportunities, customer activities, and territory performance.
  • Support specification efforts and project tracking throughout the sales cycle.
  • Represent REHAU at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Five or more years of sales or business development experience within plumbing, hydronics, HVAC, mechanical systems, building products, or related construction industries.
  • Experience working with engineers, contractors, distributors, and specification-driven sales environments.
  • Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and grow market share.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing a territory and multiple priorities.
  • Must reside within North Florida.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience selling plumbing, hydronic, HVAC, or mechanical building systems.
  • Knowledge of commercial construction processes and specification sales.
