Visa Status:- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Legal Permanent Resident(GC)
Primary responsibilities will be:
  • Consults with clients to gather information about system scope and objectives.
  • Utilizes technical expertise to analyze and evaluate user business problems and develop system recommendations to meet requirements.
  • Elicits, analyzes, specifies and validates user requirements and develops detailed requirements specifications such as conceptual diagrams, process flows, data models, prototypes, user interface designs, user stories, screen layouts, report layouts.
  • Supports the development life cycle, working with developers and the client.
  • Develops application testing scenarios and assist with system and functional testing.
  • Prepares user documentation and provides product demonstrations and end-user training.
  • Functional support and customer/user liaison for web based applications.
  • Evaluates, implements, customizes and supports COTS packages as needed.
  • Utilizes Agile methodology for building new systems/applications.
Basic Skills Required:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Systems Analyst.
  • Knowledge and experience formally gathering and documenting requirements.
  • Experience with full project development life cycle and use of software engineering methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, VISIO).
  • Ability to work in a team environment and learn quickly.
  • Must be a US Citizen in order to obtain a clearance.
  • Ability to develop a work plan and report progress and status in a timely and effective manner.
Desired Skills Required:
  • Experience leading projects.
  • Experience with data models and SQL.
  • Familiar with lifecycle SDLC tools.
Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
