Job description

Job Title: Oracle EBS R12 Finance Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Onsite Redmond, WA

Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite – Local Seattle Area Candidates Only)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Schedule: 40 Hours per Week
Start Date: March 2026

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Finance Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with deep functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules. The ideal candidate will bridge finance business stakeholders and technical teams while driving functional configuration, system enhancements, and end-to-end lifecycle support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional analysis and configuration of Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules

  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional design documents (MD50, BR100)

  • Configure system parameters and support solution design across Finance modules

  • Partner with finance stakeholders to support accounting operations and system improvements

  • Support full SDLC lifecycle including requirements, design, testing, and deployment

  • Conduct and support SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

  • Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution using SQL/PLSQL

  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical finance users

Required Expertise:

  • 8–10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12

  • Strong functional expertise in:

    • General Ledger (GL)

    • Accounts Payable (AP)

    • Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Fixed Assets (FA)

    • Cash Management (CM)

    • Subledger Accounting (SLA)

  • Deep understanding of accounting principles and period close processes

  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business cycles

  • Proven experience in functional configuration and solution design

  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data mapping, validation, and troubleshooting

  • Experience working within full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Onsite role in Redmond, WA

  • Candidates must be local to the Seattle metropolitan area
