As a Systems Analyst, you should possess excellent expertise in desktop operating systems, have a solid understanding of server operating systems and networking, and be motivated to provide the best possible experience for our clients. Throughout the day, you will be translating technology for end users who may not always be technically savvy, making strong communication skills essential in this role.
This position is listed as "Hybrid" and requires flexibility to work from home, in the Federal Way office, and at client sites as needed. You should be comfortable shifting between locations throughout the week based on business needs.
Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Handle escalated support tickets, including break/fix issues, application installations, and configuration of user-level settings.
  • Contribute to server administration, networking, and security tasks, such as:
    • Setting up new Hyper-V hosts
    • Troubleshooting and deploying SonicWall firewalls
    • Managing Datto networking switches and access points
    • Supporting additional modern technologies implemented across client environments
  • Provide onsite support as needed for networking and server deployments, offering guidance and mentorship to Level One technicians.
  • Use the ticketing system to document, monitor, and escalate tickets appropriately, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update the documentation platform to ensure all procedures, configurations, and client details remain current.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to deliver exceptional service to clients, both remotely and onsite, ensuring a positive and professional support experience.

Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
  • CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ required (If not currently held, must be obtained after employment)
  • MD-102 preferred
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022
  • Working knowledge of SonicWall firewalls, Datto Networking, and core networking concepts
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Office Suite and Office 365 cloud services
  • Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS
  • Experience with Datto BCDR and/or SaaS Backup
  • Experience with Autotask PSA is a plus
